Country star Jason Aldean adopts adorable puppy from St. Louis Stray Rescue

Aldean's new dog has 7 brothers and sisters still waiting to be adopted in St. Louis.

ST. LOUIS (KNOU) - Country singer, Jason Aldean and his wife Brittany, just announced that they have a furry new addition to their family after they rescued a puppy from Stray Rescue of St. Louis.

The puppy was found in a drain pipe along with seven of his brothers and sisters who are still waiting to find their permanent homes.

Although this adorable pup doesn't have a name quite yet, the Aldeans are encouraging people to leave suggestions in the comments of her Instagram post.

Y’all...we have a new baby boy-- We rescued him from @strayrescuestl ---- His brothers and sisters were all found in a drain pipe on an extremely hot day in St Louis-- There are 7 pups still waiting to be adopted - check out there page and give a loving home to our baby’s siblings or any of their other amazing doggies! -- (We don’t have a name yet... so feel free to give us ideas----)

The shelter posted on Facebook Tuesday that it is currently full of rescued dogs and cats and that's halted efforts to rescue more animals from life on the streets.
