If you're an Eminem "Stan," then you're gonna want to "Lose Yourself" this weekend in the rapper's new surprise-dropped album, Kamikaze. The 13-song project--executive-produced by Em and Dr. Dre--arrived with no advance notice at midnight on Friday. "Tried not to overthink this one...enjoy," Eminem tweeted overnight, along with the album's cover art, which pays homage to the cover art from the Beastie Boys' 1986 LP Licensed to Ill.

The New York Times notes that Kamikaze's opening track, "The Ringer," finds Em walking back his attack on President Trump from his infamous 2017 freestyle rap that aired on BET. "If I could go back, I’d at least reword it," Eminem admits on "The Ringer," "and say I empathize with the people this evil serpent sold the dream to that he’s deserted.” Notably, though, Em referred to Trump as a "kamikaze" in that rap. Two of Kamikaze's tracks, "Lucky You" featuring Joyner Lucas and "Fall", are on Em's YouTube channel now.
