Kim Kardashian Shares Her Totally Doable Fat-Burning Workout

Kim Kardashian took to her blog on Tuesday to open up about how she gets fit for summer. The secret: sprints. "They're so hard, but so necessary," she wrote. The reality star went on to say that her trainer Melissa Alcantara created a five-day workout plan for her. On days 1, 3 and 5, she walks "on the StairMaster for 30 min at a six-level speed." And on days 2 and 4, she does sprints. "Start by walking on the treadmill for 30 seconds, then sprint for 30 seconds. Repeat this 10 times. It’s some of the best 10 minutes of HIIT you can get!" Kim writes.
