Constantly checking the dating apps on your phone for new messages and matches might leave you feeling burnt out, in need of a break. If you use Bumble, you can now take one without losing or offending your connections, thanks to the app's new Snooze feature.

A few ways to reclaim your energy: put your phone on do not disturb at night, allow yourself to say ‘no’ to plans — without any guilt, and put up an away message on Bumble by hitting snooze when you need a day or two to yourself. #BeeWell #HitSnooze

You can opt to remain invisible for 24 hours, 72 hours, a week, or indefinitely. If you like, you can also set a status for your existing matches while you're away. The status options include: "I'm traveling," "I'm focused on work," "I'm on a digital detox," or "I'm prioritizing myself."
