NBC Picks Up Brooklyn Nine-Nine for Season 6

NBC is keeping with the recent trend of networks picking up previously canceled shows.

On Thursday, May 10, Fox cancelled Brooklyn Nine-Nine and fans widely expressed their sadness on Twitter and urged someone to save the beloved comedy. 

Around midnight Friday night co-creators Dan Goor and Mike Schur tweeted the news that NBC had heard the cries of fans and would be picking up the show for a 6th season.

The comedy's new season will be 13 episodes long and fans are definitely celebrating.
